1. Consulting Services
Consulting services include business strategy, operational system design, workflow & SOP creation, financial optimization, AI & automation integration, and growth planning.

Refunds for consulting services are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be granted only in extraordinary circumstances.

Clients must submit a refund request in writing within 3 days of service initiation.

Any partial work completed prior to cancellation may not be refundable.

Prepaid packages or retainers are generally non-refundable, but unused hours may be rescheduled within the agreed engagement period.

2. Digital Products and Courses
Digital products include downloadable templates, guides, worksheets, videos, and online courses.

Clients may request a refund only if access is not delivered due to technical errors, and the Company is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of notification.

Sharing login credentials, accounts, or content access with others will void any eligibility for refunds.

3. Memberships and Subscriptions
Subscriptions include recurring access to courses, resources, or services.
